These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Graffidoodle online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

About Us

Graffidoodle sells personalised gifts, laser-engraved products, homeware, drinkware, decals and other customised and non-customised products.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete, including your delivery address and any personalisation details.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing error, a product is unavailable, or we are unable to fulfil the requested personalisation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive an appropriate refund.

Personalised Products

Many Graffidoodle products are created specifically for each customer.

Please check all names, dates, wording, spelling and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Unless we have made an error, the personalisation will be produced using the information supplied by you.

The appearance and positioning of personalised designs may vary slightly from product photographs or previews due to differences in product size, shape and the manufacturing or engraving process.

Natural Materials

Some of our products are made from natural materials such as wood and slate.

Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, knots, markings and surface appearance are normal and mean that each item may differ slightly from photographs shown on our website.

These natural variations are not normally considered defects.

Product Images & Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device, and handmade, engraved or personalised products may have minor variations between individual items.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may include both production and delivery time where applicable.

Personalised and made-to-order products may require additional production time before dispatch.

While we make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed where delays occur outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your legal rights.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and original designs displayed on the Graffidoodle website, including photographs, graphics, text and branding, may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Customers requesting custom work are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any names, wording, logos, images or other material they supply to us.

We reserve the right to refuse a customisation request where we reasonably believe it may infringe another person's intellectual property rights or otherwise be unlawful.

Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update products, prices, descriptions and website content when necessary.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
